How to: Approve Ready-Made Order Forms

Before your Ready-Made campaign can be deployed, the order form must be approved. This order form contains important details about your event(s) including topic, date, time, and location (along with building and room numbers if applicable). It is essential that all details within the order form are accurate for the success of your campaign.

After our Marketing Analysts review and confirm your event details, your Marketing Consultant will email you the order form for approval. The sender of this email will appear as notifications@leadjig-notifications.com with a subject line of "Order Form Approval for [Job #]."

Steps you need to take:

  1. Click the "log in" link within the approval email to open the order form.

  2. Carefully review all details within the order form.

  3. Simply use the "Sign Now" button in the bottom right corner to sign off and finalize your order. You may draw or type your signature into the box.

Once signed, your part is complete and the campaign will continue processing.
