**Please read ALL the instruction before starting the Zapier integration process**

While Zapier is a no-code solution, it still requires some technical understanding to complete the setup.

This integration allows you to connect LeadJig with other platforms that Zapier supports, but the setup and management are entirely on your side. If you encounter any issues outside of the instructions provided below, you will need to contact Zapier support directly.

Note:

A Zapier paid plan is recommended, as the free plan includes a limited number of tasks and Zaps that can be quickly exhausted during regular use. One thing to note is that if you attempt to proceed with a free Zapier plan, you may run out of credits before your entire campaign is synced.

Zapier Price Breakdown:

  • Zap:
A Zap is an automated workflow you build in Zapier. It consists of a trigger (an event that starts the Zap) and one or more actions (the tasks Zapier performs as a result).

  • Task:
A task is counted every time a single action in your Zap runs successfully.
Example: If your Zap sends an email and updates a CRM record, that counts as 2 tasks.

  • Pricing:

    • Zapier's pricing is primarily based on how many tasks you use each month — the more tasks you use, the higher the plan you'll need.

    • You can create unlimited Zaps on most plans, but you're limited by the number of tasks your plan allows each month.

    • The free plan gives you approximately 100 tasks per month, which is suitable for basic automations.

    • Paid plans offer higher task limits and access to more advanced features.

  • If you exceed your task limit:

    • Your Zaps may stop running, or

    • On supported plans, you may be charged for extra tasks (pay-per-task) until your billing cycle resets.

Important:

If you are the only user in LeadJig, you don't have to worry about this step.

Make sure you are logged into the LeadJig account that has the campaigns listed under it. You can check this by clicking into a campaign and looking under the campaign name. Hovering over the name will show you which LeadJig user email the campaign is associated with. You must be logged into that specific LeadJig account for the integration to function properly.

If you are not logged into the correct (main) LeadJig account, the integration will not be able to pull any data from your LeadJig account.

If you're unsure whether you're using the correct LeadJig account, please email support@leadjig.com.

We’ll be happy to confirm which account you should be using to ensure the Zapier integration functions correctly.

To Begin the Setup:

If you haven’t already received an invite, you can request one by either:

  • Emailing us at support@leadjig.com, or

  • Logging into your LeadJig account and navigating to:
Preferences > Integrations > Zapier > Get Started
Then type the name of the integration you want to connect with Zapier and click Request Invite.

Note: You may not receive the invite link immediately after clicking "Request Invite", but your request will still be sent to our team. We will follow up and send the link as soon as possible. Please allow a few minutes for our response. Invitation links are only provided during business hours. Please also note that there isn't any setting options that will appear in LeadJig as all the controls will be in your Zapier account.

Trigger Options After Connecting LeadJig (1.3.0) in Zapier:

  • Appointment Added
Triggers when a new appointment is scheduled.

  • Contact Added or Exported
Triggers when a contact is added.

  • Contact Added, Exported, or Updated
Triggers when a contact is added, exported, or updated.

  • Event Added
Triggers when a new event is created.

  • Registration Added
Triggers when an attendee registers for an event or campaign in LeadJig.

These are the available triggers when setting up LeadJig in Zapier.
Please note that the available options for the destination app may vary depending on the app you're connecting to, as each one supports different triggers and actions.
integration functions correctly.

Running Live Tests:

If you are looking to run live tests, I recommend having an event running in LeadJig while setting up Zapier. This way, you can register a test attendee to verify that the Zaps you’ve set up are syncing as expected.

You can register a test either through your landing page or by using the Register Attendee button in the menu of your campaign.

Once you’re done testing, feel free to reach out to support@leadjig.com, and we can delete the test contact/registration from LeadJig for you.

Webhooks:

At this time, there is no way for use to create or generate webhooks using the LeadJig to Zapier integration.
