How To: Integrate With Swivel

Below are the steps to integrate LeadJig with Swivel

**Please follow each step carefully and do not skip any steps.**

1. To begin, navigate to your dashboard and select the event you want to sync.


2. Once you're in the event, click on the name under the campaign name. This ensures that you select the correct user to integrate with Swivel.


3. This will redirect you to the preferences.


4. From there, click on "Integrations."


5. Once in "Integrations," click on "Activate."


7. After clicking "Activate," a modal pop-up will appear asking for your Swivel API Key. Keep that window open, then go to Swivel and log in to your account in a separate tab.


8. Once logged in, navigate to "Settings."


9. Then click on (1) "Account" and, from the drop-down menu, select (2) "API Keys."


10. Once in API Keys, click on "+ New API Key."


11. This will open a side menu where you can name your new API Key. Enter a name for your key—preferably LeadJig—and click "Generate API Key."


12. After you click "Generate API Key," the new key will appear. You will need to copy it by either highlighting it and right-clicking to copy, or by hovering over it and clicking the Copy option.


13. Once the key is copied to your clipboard, return to LeadJig and paste it into the modal pop-up, then click "Save API Key."


14. After you click "Save API Key," a confirmation will appear showing that the API has been saved and activated.


15. The auto-sync is off by default. If you want the information to sync automatically, go to Settings on the same page in LeadJig, toggle the switch next to "Automatically sync Contacts with Swivel," and then click "Save Changes."


You have successfully activated Swivel.

Manual Swivel Sync


After the integration has been activated, you will have the option to sync contacts and events manually, as well as the ability to sync one contact at a time.

To sync manually, open the event you would like to sync and click on the "Menu." From there, you will see the available options. If you do not see the option to sync the event, make sure the event is selected. The selected event will be highlighted in yellow; if all events are blue, no event is currently selected.


If you want to sync a single contact, you can do so by clicking on the prospect’s name in the event or by using the "Contacts" tab on the left side of LeadJig. Once in the contact record, the "Sync with Swivel" button will be located in the top right.
