First, click into the desired event date. This can be done from a few places, but the simplest way is from the "Events" tab on the left-hand navigation bar. Click the desired event date (it will light up in an orange box). Next click the "Menu" button in the top right corner and select "Register Attendee" from the event section.
Add the registrant's information into the popup window. The only required fields are First Name and Last Name, however including Phone Number and Email Address allows LeadJig to send reminder and confirmation messages to the registrant. Additionally, adding a mailing address could generate the age and asset level of the registrant if we know it. Click "Save Prospect."
It may seem as though the registrant disappeared, however the attendee list is chronological order so they'll likely be found at the bottom of the list.
The tracking will appear as "Internal" for any registrant manually added into the event. This will help you keep tabs on who was manually added vs those that register through other marketing channels.
