There are several ways you can export attendees from LeadJig:

  1. Export all attendees within a specific marketing campaign.

    1. First, click the "Campaigns" index on the lefthand navigation bar. Then click on the name of your desired campaign (it should be labeled with a blue hyperlink).

    2. From here, using the "Menu" button in the top right corner, you'll find the "Attendee Export." Be sure to use the option towards the top of this menu if you wish to pull the export for your entire campaign.

  2. Export all attendees within a specific event date.

    1. First, click into the desired event date. It will light up in an orange box at the top of the page. If you do not see the desired event, the "Events" index on the left-hand navigation bar can be used to locate it.

    2. From here, using the "Menu" button in the top right corner, you'll find the "Attendee Export." Be sure to use the option towards the bottom of this menu if you wish to pull the export for just the one event date rather than the entire campaign.

  3. Export all attendees from events within a specific date range

    1. First, click on "Preferences" using the lefthand navigation bar.

    2. Select the "Reports" tab along the top of the preference page.

    3. Set the desired date range for your report.

    4. Click "Download Events Report."

*Note: If your report is empty, it is likely because you are an administrator that shares access with an advisor's account. If this is the case, click the "Change User" button in the top right corner and select the advisor's name prior to downloading the report.

  4. Export all contacts within your account globally

    1. First, click on the "Contacts" index from the lefthand navigation bar.

    2. Use the "Export" button to generate a popup that asks you to select a user. If you are an administrator, you may need to select the advisor's name from the list instead of your own name.

    3. The export will be placed in a queue and begin running. You can download the result in your Reports History. There should be a blue banner on your contacts page with a link that will take you there.
