The confirmation process can be long and exhausting. However, LeadJig will automatically deploy personalized emails and texts in which registrants can confirm their attendance to your upcoming event. Although these automations will go out on your behalf, we always suggest placing confirmation calls of your own. This will greatly improve the attendance of your events. Here is our suggested workflow:

A confirmation email is deployed the day before your event, typically between 7:00AM and 9:00AM. If the registrant clicks the button to confirm, the "confirmation status" associated with their attendee record will light up with a green checkmark. You'll see these statuses inside the corresponding event date in LeadJig.

If the registrant has not yet confirmed their attendance through the email, we will deploy a text message later that afternoon (typically between 12:00PM and 2:00PM). The registrant is asked to text back the letter 'Y' or the word 'Yes' which will mark their confirmation status as confirmed.

Canceled:

If the attendee does not respond to either of these messages, we highly recommend downloading the "Confirm Call CSV." This download serves as a shortlist of attendees that are still pending a confirmation status. It can be accessed through the menu button in the upper right-hand corner of the event page. As you call through the list, you can manually mark each attendee as "confirmed" or "canceled."
