How To: Print Sign-In Sheet & Name Tags

Where to find Sign-In Sheet & Name Tags:

  1. First, click into the desired event date. This can be done from a number of places inside LeadJig. One simple way is through the "Events" index found on the lefthand navigation bar. You know you're in the right place when the event date lights up orange at the top of the page.

  2. Next, click the "Menu" button in the upper right corner of the page. The menu will appear with two sections: Campaign and Event. Within the section labeled "Event," you'll find buttons for "Sign-In Sheet" and "Name Tags." **Please note, if the Sign-in Sheet doesn't download and open in a new tab or page in your browser, you will need to save the page as a PDF or print it as a PDF to your computer.**

Additional Tips for Printing Sign-In Sheet:

  • Sometimes the attendee names and phone numbers carry onto multiple lines. If that happens, you can adjust the scale on your print settings prior to printing:
