LeadJig offers a direct API integration with Redtail CRM. The integration can automatically push your contacts, events, and appointments into your Redtail account, which removes the burden of manual data entry between the two platforms.
Certain circumstances may cause your LeadJig contacts to not push to Redtail automatically. Reasons for this include:
Your integration settings are not setup to "Automatically sync Contacts with Redtail"
Your integration was setup after registrants responded (existing LeadJig registrants do not automatically sync; only future registrants will sync once the integration has been established)
Your integration was setup properly, but there was a disruption in the connection with Redtail's servers
No matter the reason, LeadJig provides ways to manually push your contacts into Redtail. The solution is safe and should not create any duplicate records, unless the contact you sync from LeadJig was already manually added to your Redtail account.
There are three ways to proceed:
Sync all contacts within your LeadJig Event
Sync all contacts within the LeadJig Campaign
Sync an individual contact from LeadJig
