Before proceeding with any further steps outlined in this article, please ensure that your integration is fully established by confirming the visibility of the Deactivate button. This button can be found within the Redtail CRM box. If it's not appearing, double-check that you've completed the integration setup. This can be done by clicking on activate again and finishing the required steps in the pop up window, as this should facilitate the completion of the integration process.

If the button " " in the menu under the campaign still doesn't appear you might've integrated with the wrong user. To ensure that you've integrated with the correct user, please look at the campaign and verify if the user you're logged in as matches the user listed under the campaign name.
If you accidentally activated under the wrong user, please click on the campaign owner's name, which will direct you to their preferences. From there, you'll be in the correct account to activate the Redtail integration.
