How To: Use the Attendee List Filter

This article explains how to use the attendee list filter.


1. The first part of the filter "Filter by" allows you to select specific Confirmation Status, Attended Status and Show Canceled Guests.


2. To choose a specific status, click on the empty blue box next to the desired status. Once selected, the list below will display the attendees that match the chosen status.


3. If you are missing a guest or have canceled a guest that you can't find, you might need to select "Show Canceled Guests.


4. Now, the canceled guests will appear in grey with "Canceled" next to their name.


5. The "Sort by: Registration Date" allows you to change between the attendee Registration Date, First Name and Last Name.


6. The last option in this filter is to change the ascending and descending order for the Sort by: option in the step 5. This can be done by pressing the little up and down arrow
