How To: Push Contacts to Wealthbox Manually

LeadJig offers a direct API integration with Wealthbox. The integration can automatically push your contacts, events, and appointments into your Wealthbox account, which removes the burden of manual data entry between the two platforms.

Certain circumstances may cause your LeadJig contacts to not push to Wealthbox automatically. Reasons for this include:

  • Your integration settings are not set up to "Automatically sync Contacts with Wealthbox"

  • Your integration was set up after registrants responded (existing LeadJig registrants do not automatically sync; only future registrants will sync once the integration has been established)

  • Your integration was set up properly, but there was a disruption in the connection with Wealthbox's servers

No matter the reason, LeadJig provides ways to manually push your contacts into Wealthbox. The solution is safe and should not create any duplicate records, unless the contact you sync from LeadJig was already manually added to your Wealthbox account.

There are three ways to proceed:

  1. Sync all contacts within your LeadJig Event

  2. Sync all contacts within the LeadJig Campaign

  3. Sync an individual contact from LeadJig
