Below are the steps to integrate LeadJig with Redtail. Please follow each step carefully and do not skip any steps.
1. To begin, please navigate to your dashboard.
2. Next, select the event that you want to sync.
3. Once you're in the event, please click on the name under the campaign name. This ensures that you select the correct user to integrate with Redtail.
4. This will redirect you to the preferences.
5. From there, click on "Integrations."
6. Once in "Integrations," click on "Activate."
7. After clicking on "Activate," a login screen will pop up, asking you for your Redtail login credentials.
8. Then after typing in your Redtail login credentials. Click "Authorize Redtail".
9. If the credentials are entered correctly, the "Redtail Integration Setup" screen will appear.
10. Please select and copy the "leadjig_id" from the menu. If you're having difficulty selecting it in the menu, you're more than welcome to copy it from here: leadjig_id
11. For the next step, please make sure you are logged into your Redtail account in a separate tab in your web browser. Then, click the link below to access your Redtail account. If the link doesn’t work, please click HERE instead. Or you can copy and paste this link: https://crm.redtailtechnology.com/admin/lists/contact_udf_fields
12. Once the Redtail page loads, under "Contact User Defined Fields," please click on "Add." **Please note if the "leadjig_id" already exists skip this step in Redtail and move to step 15**
13. From there, paste "leadjig-id" into the "Name" field. Then, from the dropdown menu, select "Any Text."
14. Then click on "Add User Defined Field".
15. Now, go back to your LeadJig tab in your web browser. And from the "Redtail integration setup" menu click on "Click here to check setup of up your leadig id Contact UDF in Redtail" button.
16. This will take you to your Redtail settings. Here you can customize what syncs over into your Redtail.
If you are looking to sync manually please un-check the following boxes "Automatically sync Contacts with Redtail" and "Automatically sync Events (Seminars) and Attendees".
Please remember that this is a forward-looking integration, meaning any new contacts or events will sync automatically if you configured it that way.
