This article will explain where prospects are placed in LeadJig and what they see when they register through a digital ad on a LeadJig landing page.
*The placement of prospects in LeadJig events*
When you return to your event, you'll notice a new tab next to "Registered," "Waitlisted," and "Canceled." This new tab, labeled "Digital Pending," will hold prospects until they confirm their registration through the email they receive from LeadJig.

Here’s the message prospects see right after registering through a digital ad on a LeadJig landing page when the Digital Registration Confirmation feature is enabled.
*Email and SMS*
These are the emails and SMS messages that prospects receive from LeadJig, only those who signed up via a digital ad when the Digital Registration Confirmation feature is enabled.
Immediately after signing up, they receive an SMS from LeadJig.
Within approximately 24 hours, they will receive a Digital Registration Confirmation email. (Please note that merge tags will automatically populate with the relevant details when the email is sent to the prospect.)
After confirming the Digital Registration Confirmation email, they will receive an Event Registration email. If they do not confirm the Digital Registration Confirmation email, they will not receive the Event Registration email and will remain in the "Digital Pending" tab.
