Digital Pending is a LeadJig feature designed to ensure that registrants who sign up via digital ads are genuinely interested in attending the event. This feature requires a double opt-in process, which means that after a potential attendee registers through a digital ad, they receive an email asking them to confirm their registration. Only after they click the confirmation link in the email will they be moved to the Registered tab within LeadJig. This additional step helps to minimize no-shows by ensuring that only those who are truly committed complete the registration process.
If a registrant does not confirm their registration, they will remain under the Digital Pending tab, indicating that they haven't fully opted in. This allows you to follow up with these individuals or take other actions as needed.
