This article will guide you through how to activate the Digital Pending feature in LeadJig.
The steps to enable this feature are listed below:
1. To begin, please navigate to your dashboard.
2. Next, choose the event for which you want to enable Digital Confirmations.
3. Once you're in the event, click on the name under the campaign name to ensure you select the correct user for enabling Digital Confirmations.
4. This will redirect you to the preferences.
5. From there, select "Landing Page."
6. Then, click on the dropdown arrow next to "Registration."
7. Once you click on the dropdown arrow, a small menu should appear.
8. Select the check box "Confirm Digital Registrations".
9. Before navigating away, make sure to save your changes by clicking on "Save Changes" in the blue bar at the top right.
10. If the save was successful, the "Save Changes" button will disappear. You can now safely navigate away from this page.
You're all set! The Digital Registration Confirmation is now enabled on your account.
